You're good at what you do. So why are the same old patterns still running the show?
Transform your identity. Access your highest potential.
Break free from the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns holding you back, reconnect with who you truly are, and create a new way of experiencing yourself and your life.
Four months of deep, personalised 1:1 work to move you from the identity you built to survive into the one that's actually yours.
211 clients and counting. Over 40 people taken through The Frequency Shift.
From the outside, it's working.
You're capable. People rely on you. You've probably done the reading, the podcasts, maybe the therapy or the retreats. You can explain exactly why you do what you do.
And still.
You close the laptop and your mind keeps working.
You'd rather do it yourself than hand it over and risk it not being right.
You say yes, then quietly resent it.
Someone pays you a compliment and you've deflected it before it lands.
You can see the relationship pattern coming a mile off. You end up in it anyway.
Rest feels like something you have to earn first.
None of this means something is wrong with you. It means part of you is still running on old instructions.
Your life has changed. Your identity hasn't caught up.
Somewhere early on, you worked out what it took to be safe, loved or enough. Work harder. Don't need too much. Keep everyone happy. Stay in control. Be the strong one.
Those conclusions were smart. They probably helped you build a lot of what you have now, and you don't need to throw any of that away.
The problem is that those old beliefs are still making decisions for an adult whose life looks completely different. You're leading a team, running a business or building a relationship with the instincts of a much younger you who was just trying to get through.
Understanding a pattern isn't the same as being free of it.
You can know exactly where your people-pleasing comes from and still feel your stomach drop when you have to say no. You can name your attachment style at a dinner party and still check your phone every four minutes when they haven't replied.
Thinking about something differently is useful. It just isn't the same as embodying a different way of being.
The beliefs driving these reactions don't live in your logic. They live in the emotional experiences where they were first formed. That's where this work goes.
What The Frequency Shift is designed to change
Over four months, we loosen the grip of the old beliefs and emotional patterns, reconnect you with who you really are, and make that the place you live from day to day.
Freedom from old conditioning
Old beliefs and reactions stop dictating how you see yourself and how you respond. The trigger shows up; the old response doesn't have to.
Your authentic identity
You reconnect with the person underneath the proving, the perfectionism and the expectations you picked up along the way. Turns out they're good company.
Your highest potential
You bring more self-trust, freedom and honesty to your ambition, your decisions, your relationships and your leadership.
Three ways of describing one shift: changing the identity you experience life from.
We don't just talk about the pattern. We change where it starts.
It isn't traditional coaching, NLP, affirmations or years of analysing the same story. Each session follows the pattern to where it actually started, and changes it there.
We start with what you want to change
A real situation from your life right now: the meeting where you over-explained, the argument that went the same way it always does.
We find where it lives
What triggers it, and what you actually feel in the moment. Not the story about it; the feeling itself.
We trace it to its roots
That feeling leads somewhere earlier, to an experience where you decided something about yourself or the world. That decision is the belief still running the show.
You see it differently, and live it differently
We work with that original experience so it no longer means what it used to. Then you practise the new response until it feels like you, not like effort.
I work intuitively. I'm paying attention to more than your words: what your body does when we touch something true, where you go quiet, what eases when a belief loosens.
What I'm looking for isn't a new insight you can write in a journal. It's a change you can feel.

At work
You delegate without rewriting it afterwards. You make decisions from clarity rather than pressure, and you stop needing every win to prove you deserve the seat.
In relationships
You say what you need without rehearsing it first. Boundaries stop coming with a side of guilt. You choose people who meet you, instead of people you have to earn.
With yourself
Your worth stops going up and down with your last result. You can celebrate yourself without immediately moving the goalposts. You can actually receive.
When you stop
Evenings feel like evenings. Rest stops being a reward and becomes something you're simply allowed.
I can't promise you a promotion, a partner or a number in your bank account. What changes is the person making those choices, and that tends to change a great deal.

Names and details stay private. Here's what the work looked like for four clients.
He was a senior executive. He didn't feel like himself.
On paper, he had it all: executive director of a multi-million-pound company. Inside, something was missing, and he couldn't say what.
As we worked together, it showed up in his relationship too. He struggled to express what he needed, and the same obstacles kept coming back. It all led back to the younger version of him: a strict father, constant pressure to be successful, and a quiet belief that he was somehow bad or wrong. Even as a gay man who'd built a full life, part of him had never fully accepted who he was.
We released that conditioning layer by layer. Today he expresses his needs, emotions and desires with his partner, and their relationship is the best it's ever been. He's more playful, more open and more vulnerable. The senior-executive mask comes off, and he gets to simply be himself.
He came in wanting a new job. What he found was bigger.
He was a CFO, determined to move roles without really knowing why. At the same time, his needs weren't being met in his relationship, and he struggled to say so.
We worked on accepting that he has needs, being honest about them, and setting boundaries around what he would and wouldn't accept. Much of it led back to his relationship with his mother and his upbringing, and a belief that his worth depended on being accepted, and on holding the right title.
The shift wasn't instant. He didn't find a new job in those four months. He found a deeper peace in himself, and his relationship with his mother transformed; today they're best friends. His relationship with his partner changed too. A year later, he was working as a consultant alongside his own businesses, with the freedom and time he'd actually been looking for all along.
She had a respected job she didn't enjoy, and a list of reasons not to leave.
She'd done four months with me before and came back two years later. On paper she was doing well. In reality she wanted out, and kept finding reasons to stay.
The job meant respect. It meant fitting in. Underneath was a fear of being cast out, which traced back to being singled out as a teenager for being different, the really smart one. Somewhere along the way she'd learned that her worth was her performance.
Within about a month, something moved: she realised the decision was hers to make. She didn't know exactly what would come next, so we worked on trusting that too. She chose to pursue her writing.
She ran a global brand. She couldn't let go of one man.
When she came to me, she wanted one thing: to get back with her ex. She believed he was the person who helped her understand herself.
It quickly became clear this had very little to do with him. Underneath was a belief that she had to perform to be loved, and that whatever she did was never quite enough. We traced that through her past relationships to where it began, and shifted another layer each session.
He kept disappearing and coming back, and each return tested how much had really changed. Each time she was more anchored in her own worth, until she could see clearly that he wasn't giving her what she needed and that she deserved far more. She chose herself. After the first four months she continued for two more rounds, because she wanted to keep going.
Why four months, and what's included
One good session can shift something. Four months is long enough for that shift to meet real life: the difficult conversation, the busy quarter, the family visit. That's where you find out it has actually landed, and where we keep working until it has.
There's no fixed curriculum. Every session starts from what's live for you that week.
Your Calibration Session
A 60-minute session to map your patterns and build your personal blueprint for the four months.
12 deep 1:1 sessions
Three 60 to 75-minute sessions a month, plus one integration week each month so the shifts have space to settle into your life.
Voice and text support between sessions
Old patterns don't wait for session day. When something comes up mid-week, you can reach me and we work with it while it's live. I check messages three times a day and always reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
The Frequency Portal
Your private space for audios and resources to keep the work going between sessions.
Hi, I'm Andrew.
My work started with my own question: who am I underneath the beliefs and experiences that shaped me?
In 2012, I went through a drug-induced psychosis that profoundly challenged my sense of self. It led me into a deeper exploration of spirituality, consciousness and how our beliefs shape the way we experience ourselves and the world. Slowly, I realised that much of what I believed about myself wasn't the truth of who I was. They were conclusions I'd drawn from difficult experiences.
That journey became the foundation of my work. I developed my own approach to uncovering and shifting the emotional patterns and beliefs that keep people stuck in identities they've outgrown.
I started out working with relationships. Over time, I saw the same patterns showing up everywhere: in business, in success, in self-worth. Today I work with founders, leaders and high performers who know they're capable of more, but still get pulled back by anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking or the need to prove themselves.
The identity you built to get through life doesn't have to decide who you become.
Is this for you?
This is for you if...
You're capable, self-aware and honestly a bit tired of knowing better and doing the same thing anyway.
You want a real shift in how you experience yourself, not another book's worth of information.
You're willing to be open, communicate honestly and take responsibility for your part in your own life.
You're ready to commit four months to yourself and show up for the work between sessions too.
This isn't for you if...
You're looking for business strategy, a productivity system or someone to fix your team.
You want a quick fix and a guarantee.
You'd rather keep analysing the story than feel what's underneath it.
You're in crisis or need clinical mental health support right now. Please start there; this work can come later.
What would another year of this cost you?
Most people don't come to this work because things are falling apart. They come because things look fine from the outside, and they're tired of how much it takes to keep them that way.
So it's worth being honest. Another year of overthinking every decision. Another year of saying yes when you mean no. Another year of evenings where you're home, but your mind isn't. Another year of the same relationship pattern with a different face. Another year of holding back from what you actually want, because part of you still doesn't believe you're allowed.
None of that shows up on an invoice. But you're already paying for it.
for the full four-month private experience
or 5 monthly payments of £1,000
I only work with a small number of private clients at a time, so The Frequency Shift is by application. It means we can both be sure it's the right fit before you commit.
A short form about where you are and what you want to change. About 10 minutes.
If it looks like a fit, we have a call to go deeper and answer your questions.
No pressure. If we're both a yes, we book your Calibration Session and begin.
Questions
Is this only for founders and executives?
No. Some of my clients run companies; others come to me because of a relationship pattern they can't shake. The common thread is the identity underneath, not the job title.
I've already done a lot of inner work. Will this be different?
Probably, yes. Most people who come to me have already read the books, done therapy or been on retreats. This work isn't about understanding your story better. It's about changing the beliefs inside it, so you respond differently, not just think differently.
Is this therapy?
No. It isn't therapy or a replacement for it. If you need clinical mental health support, that comes first.
Do I need to be "spiritual" for this to work?
Not at all. I work intuitively, but everything we do is grounded in your real life: your reactions, your choices, your relationships. You just need to be open.
How are sessions held?
Online, on Google Meet, at a regular time we set together.
Isn't it better to work face to face?
I've run my business fully online since 2021, and what I've noticed is that clients reach a much deeper state of relaxation in a familiar place. Face to face, there are more distractions: another person's body language and breathing, background noise, a new space. You don't need to be in the same room to get mind-blowing results.
How much time will this take each week?
Three sessions a month, each lasting 60 to 75 minutes, plus a little space around them to notice what's shifting. There's no pile of homework. Most of the work happens in session, and the rest happens in the life you're already living.
What if it doesn't work for me?
This work works. In all the time I've been doing it, I've only ever given one refund, and that was a decision we made together. If at any point you feel it isn't working, we talk about it openly first. Often that feeling is the old pattern itself: the part of you most invested in staying the same, pushing back right as change gets close. Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances.
What if I'm not sure it's the right time?
Apply anyway. The call is there to work that out together, and I'll tell you honestly if I don't think it's a fit.
Your next level begins when your identity catches up with your reality.
You've already done the hard part of building a life. Now let's make it one you can actually live in, as yourself.
